Description:

• Oowlish is seeking an experienced Java Developer with a solid understanding of backend development principles and hands-on experience deploying applications using AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
• The role involves building scalable and reliable backend systems, integrating with databases, and supporting cloud-based infrastructure.
• Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using Java, deploying and managing applications with AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and collaborating with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• The developer will work with SQL databases, design efficient data models, ensure data integrity, participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• The position requires following agile development practices, including attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Elastic Beanstalk and cloud-based deployments is required.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, build tools, and DevOps best practices is necessary.
• Experience working in agile software development environments is a must.
