Cincom Systems is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
The Java Developer will play a key role in developing and enhancing enterprise-level software solutions.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, analysts, and project managers.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that meet the needs of clients.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, writing clean and efficient code, participating in the full software development lifecycle, troubleshooting software issues, collaborating with other developers, ensuring code quality, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development is necessary.
A strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns is essential.
Experience with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is required.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing SQL queries is necessary.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of ERP systems, and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
