The Java Developer will be responsible for production support and maintenance using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and AWS technologies.
The role involves performance engineering tasks, release support, bug fixing, incident management, troubleshooting, production support, release preparation, performance monitoring, and alerting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems and APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Willingness to work in production support and maintenance roles and on a night shift schedule.
Proficiency in Spring Boot framework, Docker containers, and AWS services.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
