Remote Java Software Engineer

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Candidates should have 2-4 years of software development experience or solid projects if they are fast learners.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Python, Kubernetes, Protobuf, gRPC, REST API, and microservices architecture is essential.
• A passion for data-heavy applications and experience handling large datasets is necessary.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems is required.
• Experience with Kafka or Helm is a bonus, but the company is willing to provide training.
• Knowledge of JVM-based languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A growth mindset is expected, with an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Candidates must be based in Poland or the Czech Republic.
