Requirements:

You must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong expertise in databases such as PostgreSQL, CloudSQL, or similar technologies.
Extensive experience in MarTech technologies is required, including platforms related to customer data, automation, personalization, or campaign management.
You should have 5+ years of experience in the retail industry, ideally working on consumer-facing or omnichannel solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, with the ability to present effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
A strong ability to prioritize and operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities is essential.
You must have a solid understanding of modern software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices, and be prepared to demonstrate this during the interview process.
At least 2+ years of experience in engineering management is required, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
