Remote Javascript Engineer : Prospect Solutions

Description:

• As a JavaScript Engineer at Prospect Solutions, you will be responsible for enhancing the search experiences on prospects' websites by writing JavaScript code to gather data for AI training.
• You will assist prospects in integrating their data and UI with the services provided, including ETL and front-end development.
• Answer technical inquiries from prospects regarding the services offered.
• Validate the quality of prospects' data and the results generated by the services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to support teammates.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using technologies like React, Redux, Node, and OpenSearch.
• Implement and test new features in JavaScript UI libraries and REST clients.
• Collaborate with other teams to prioritize prospect requirements.
• Contribute to open-source repositories such as constructorio-ui-autocomplete.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of professional experience or relevant academic background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level (CEFR) or higher.
• Availability for regular meetings with Americas-based teammates between 2 and 8 pm UTC.
• Strong foundation and experience in server-side and client-side JavaScript.
• Enjoyment in customer interaction and daily problem-solving.
• Quick adoption of new technologies and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with CSS and a focus on user experience.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Nice to have: experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, Python, and web scraping.
