Description:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will work with CI&T clients looking to transform using the Salesforce platform, leveraging technology to provide greater flexibility to the business and enhance the customer experience.
They will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of clients, delivering value and impact to the business.
Responsibilities include managing the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
The developer should be familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
Ability to understand a project, debug issues, and collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
Must work in an agile and collaborative environment following CI&T's methodology.

Requirements:
