Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, including theme integration, module development, and back-end enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Magento development guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in Magento applications.
• Implement and manage third-party integrations and extensions to enhance e-commerce functionality.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with Magento updates, security patches, and best practices, ensuring timely upgrades.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Assist in quality assurance and testing efforts to identify and resolve issues before deployment.

Requirements:

• Advanced/fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Magento Engineer, with a strong portfolio of Magento projects.
• Proficiency in Magento development technologies, including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with marketplace e-commerce is a plus.
