Description:

• The company CI&T is looking for a Senior React/Typescript Frontend Developer to join their dynamic and collaborative team in the Benefits sector.
• Responsibilities include leading the development of modern and responsive user interfaces using React, Typescript, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements:

• Solid experience (3 years or more) in developing systems across multiple projects using React and Typescript.
• Proficiency in React:
  • Mastery of hooks, context API, and functional components.
  • Advanced knowledge in state management (like Redux).
• Expertise in Typescript:
  • Ability to efficiently type components and functions.
  • Deep knowledge in interfaces, generic types, and modules.
• Front-end knowledge:
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Knowledge in Docker and containers.
• Ability to consume RESTful APIs.
• Dependency Management:
  • Experience with npm or Yarn for package and dependency management.
• Unit Testing Development:
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Testing Library.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Analytical and good communication skills:
  • Ability to align with the product owner and UX.
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Proactive in problem identification and proposing solutions.
  • Ability to technically develop people at junior and mid-levels.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services:
  • Such as S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Continuous deployment (CI/CD) on AWS.
• Knowledge in activity management tools:
  • Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS - Visual Studio Team Services).
• Knowledge in Figma tools.
