Description:

Your mission is to work with CI&T for a client in the benefits market.
Ensure that the application provides an excellent user experience and facilitates the execution of activities for our end users.
Assist the team and the client in improving the maturity of the process.
Required skills include: Java development with Spring Boot, React development, writing unit tests and/or automated tests, enjoying code review practices, clean and maintainable code (Clean Code), Oracle and Mongo databases, agility concepts like SCRUM, KANBAN, Dailies, sprints, reviews.
Behavioral requirements: Fluent communication and willingness to work closely with the client, passion for teamwork.
Knowledge of OCP, VSTS, AWS, pipelines, lambdas, sonar, microservices architecture.
Familiarity with legacy Java (Servlets, JSP, JAX-WS/JAX-RS), Docker.

Experience in Java development with Spring Boot.
Proficiency in React development.
Ability to write unit tests and/or automated tests and enjoy code review practices.
Strong understanding of clean and maintainable code (Clean Code) principles.
Familiarity with Oracle and Mongo databases.
Knowledge of agility concepts such as SCRUM, KANBAN, Dailies, sprints, reviews.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with clients.
Passion for teamwork.
