Description:

The company, CI&T, is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join their team working in the aeronautical industry, focusing on improving aeronautical message handling systems.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing project requirements, designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based web applications and React components.
The role involves writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging software applications, staying updated on Java and React development trends, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.
Collaboration with UI/UX designers, documenting software design and development processes, and recommending tools and technologies for enhanced productivity are also part of the responsibilities.

Proficiency in Java (17/21) development, working in a Linux environment, Core Java, Spring framework, JSP/JSF, React/TS, Mariadb, test frameworks, Apache Tomcat, and DevOps.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (listening and speaking) is essential.
Proven experience as a Java and React Developer on mid-sized to large-scale projects.
Solid understanding of React framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, agile software development methodologies, and strong communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
