Description:

• The company, CI&T, is seeking a talented and motivated Senior/Master Data Developer to join their team.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data analytics and machine learning solutions for global clients.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting data workflows, integrating data quality, implementing CI/CD pipelines, dimensional data modeling, Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions, and Data Governance practices.
• The position also involves providing technical support, troubleshooting data-related issues, and optimizing data costs using FinOps principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Solid experience as a Senior data developer or in a related role is necessary.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are mandatory.
• Proven experience working with modern data engineering stacks in AWS is essential.
• Experience with the Databricks platform is a must-have.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Spark is required.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes and expertise in dimensional data modeling are necessary.
• Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations is a must.
