Description:

• The company, CI&T, is seeking a talented and motivated Senior/Master Data Developer with expertise in Python and AWS to join their team.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data analytics and machine learning solutions for global clients.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting data workflows, integrating data quality into pipelines, implementing dimensional data modeling, and providing technical support for data-related issues.
• The position also involves implementing Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions, Data Governance practices, and applying FinOps principles to optimize data costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Solid experience in data development or a related role is necessary.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are mandatory.
• Proven experience working with modern data engineering stacks in AWS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Spark is required.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes is a must.
