Description:

• The company, CI&T, is seeking a skilled React Developer to join their team and contribute to the development and enhancement of web applications.
• The React Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining features in React-based applications, collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend developers, optimizing user interface designs, implementing state management solutions, participating in code reviews, addressing front-end issues, writing tests, and documenting technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a React Developer with a strong foundation in developing and delivering React applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Typescript, thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux), data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js), RESTful APIs, authorization mechanisms, and front-end development tools.
• Ability to convert design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team-oriented, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced English, both written and spoken.
