Description:

• CI&T is looking for a Software Architect to join their development center in Colombia.
• The position involves leading the technical team and designing software solutions.
• The Software Architect will work closely with teams in the US and Brazil.
• Responsibilities include enabling the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications, as well as working with new technologies.
• The role requires participation in design and architecture discussions.
• The Software Architect will create and maintain the product backlog, collaborating with the Scrum Master and the client to break down user stories into manageable tasks.
• Ensuring that solutions adhere to security and performance best practices is essential.
• The position involves creating and maintaining design and other documentation required by clients.
• Communication with customer team members to discuss technical solutions is a key responsibility.
• The Software Architect must understand requirements and develop viable technical solutions by selecting appropriate frameworks.
• Guaranteeing a stable and productive development environment is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have fluent or advanced English skills.
• A solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership is required.
• Experience with Azure is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in frontend development, specifically with React, XState, GraphQL, and MFE architecture.
• Comfort in learning new frameworks is expected.
• Experience in designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies is required.
• Familiarity with Feature Flags is necessary.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Circle CI, is required.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is necessary.
• The ability to create proof of concepts and code complex mechanisms is essential.
• A willingness to work with different technologies and a desire to learn every day is expected.
• Candidates should have the ability to share their knowledge with more junior team members.
