Description:
- Lead Architectural Governance: Conduct governance rituals such as PDCA, risk management, and solution review to ensure solution quality and integrity.
- Manage Software Architects Team: Develop and empower the team through continuous mentoring and coaching. Perform performance evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement architecture practices according to technical maturity criteria, always seeking innovations and improvements.
- Definition of NFRs: Support the team in defining and monitoring Non-Functional Requirements to ensure needs are met.
- Technical Alignment: Effectively communicate with the client team, aligning technical solutions and ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Delivery Governance: Manage continuous delivery and continuous integration, promoting agile and incremental development.
- Trusted Advisor: Negotiate and act as a trusted advisor for the client and internal team in implementing new technologies and processes.
- Innovative Solutions: Propose creative solutions for technical challenges, ensuring a stable and productive development environment.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage technical risks, proactively communicating them to the management team.
Requirements:
- System Architecture experience.
- Background in Mobile.
- Design and defense of architectural solutions.
- Cloud-native applications and DevOps.
- Experience in software development and architecture, with a background in complex digital solutions and products.
- Non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, GDPR, etc.).
- Advanced English for conversation.
