Description:

  • The Senior UX Specialist will work directly with a large national company, focusing on the loyalty program.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing the current journey of the loyalty program and adapting it to new rules that best serve the customer.
  • The role involves being at the forefront of challenges, seeking new horizons in the discipline, and applying learnings in daily operations.
  • The specialist will connect with the client’s front line, understand problems and gaps, design solutions, mobilize the team, track results, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • It is essential to recognize that actions and attitudes can lead to impacts and transformations for the client, enhancing overall execution with results and insights.
  • The candidate should enjoy close collaboration with the entire team, breaking down barriers, helping others, and respecting differences.
  • Comfort in working autonomously and having the freedom to express opinions on processes and client-related issues is important.
  • The role requires end-to-end involvement, centering the client in understanding problems and needs, and proposing journeys that deliver sustainable business impact.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must be able to design, collect, and interpret research with clients/users autonomously.
  • Experience with experimentation cycles and tools for the Discovery process is required.
  • Familiarity with design thinking dynamics and facilitation of collaborative methodologies is necessary.
  • The ability to identify opportunities to add value to users with significant impact is essential.
  • The specialist should work alongside developers and product managers to prioritize the implementation of identified opportunities.
  • Proficiency in developing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interface specifications is required.
  • The candidate should assist in defining and monitoring client research and usability testing.
  • Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Overflow, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, and Sketch is necessary.
