Description:

• The position is for a Senior Backend Developer to work with Grupo Boticário in building the largest Digital Beauty ecosystem in the world.
• The role involves participating in a multidisciplinary product squad and engaging in various squad rituals such as planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Responsibilities include defining team delivery objectives, planning and organizing team activities, overcoming obstacles, and implementing product solutions aligned with existing architecture.
• The developer will implement best practices in programming, conduct code reviews, and pair programming to maintain development standards and reduce vulnerabilities.
• The role also involves developing testing approaches, monitoring products, analyzing incidents, and proposing new technologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration within the team are essential, as well as maintaining updated documentation and fostering a culture of respectful discussion.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience with digital product squads using agile development models focused on business objectives.
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Springboot is required.
• Experience in backend development, including building microservices and RESTful APIs, is necessary.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code is expected.
• Experience with serverless technologies and containerization tools such as Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.
• Knowledge of event-driven distributed services, Kafka, and RabbitMQ is essential.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (like MongoDB and DynamoDB) and relational databases (like PostgreSQL) is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in CI/CD pipeline development and knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
• Excellent communication skills are required, along with experience working in a diverse, multifunctional team.
• Familiarity with cloud distributed system architecture (AWS Cloud, GCP) is necessary.
• Knowledge of React is considered a plus.
