• Responsibilities include designing and developing robust applications, services, and APIs that are resilient and scalable.
• The role involves designing and building CICD pipelines for automated deployment with GitLab and familiarity with telemetry technologies like Grafana and Prometheus for real-time monitoring.
• The candidate will integrate with existing systems and APIs, design, implement, or recommend new APIs, and design testing frameworks to verify correctness and scalability.
• The position requires collaboration with upstream teams providing measurement data and downstream teams using the data warehouse for Google Looker BI dashboards.
• The engineer will design, build, and own processes in a data warehouse (Snowflake) to power DoubleVerify business intelligence applications.
• The role includes working with the product design team and other stakeholders to deliver insightful data to clients, partners, and internal users.
• The candidate will explore new ways of producing, processing, and analyzing data to gain insights into users and product features.
• The position requires working in multi-functional agile teams with end-to-end responsibility for product development and delivery.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• The candidate must have solid experience as a Senior Software Developer.
• Extensive experience in Python programming language with knowledge of design patterns and best practices is necessary.
• Experience building systems in a Cloud environment using GCP and Kubernetes is required.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills, including optimization of queries for cloud databases and knowledge of best practices for handling large volumes of data efficiently, are essential.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is required.
• Nice-to-haves include experience with Java programming language, knowledge and experience in Snowflake Database, and knowledge and experience in DBT.
