Description:

CI&T is seeking a Master Full Stack Engineer to work on a project in the health sector in Brazil.
The role involves designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and supporting a regulated SaaS-based solution as part of a team.
Responsibilities include developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs and contributing to continuous improvement and support for integration and deployment pipelines.
The engineer will advocate for automation and best practices while participating in all phases of the solution lifecycle.
The position requires evaluating system releases for their impact on business processes and conducting code reviews to verify and validate software code.
The engineer will mentor Full Stack Engineers and Junior Full Stack Engineers in design, development, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have advanced English proficiency.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a SaaS-based product development environment or FDA-regulated medical device environment is required.
Experience with AWS is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is necessary.
Familiarity with frameworks and tools like Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka is expected.
Experience in Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is desirable.
Candidates should have experience working on an agile team in a remote environment.
Proficiency in release management and ALM tools like Jira and Git/Gitlab is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Comfort with formal documentation development and working in a regulated environment is necessary.
Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is required.
Experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment and in biomedical, healthcare, blood, or regulated environments is a plus.
