Description:

CI&T is seeking a Master Full Stack Engineer to work on a project in the health sector.
The role involves designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and supporting a regulated SaaS-based solution as part of a team.
Responsibilities include developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs and contributing to continuous improvement and support for integration and deployment pipelines.
The engineer will identify and advocate for automation and best practices, participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle, and collaborate with various internal and external partners.
The position requires evaluating system releases for their impact on business processes and performing code reviews to ensure software quality.
The engineer will also mentor Full Stack Engineers and Junior Full Stack Engineers in design, development, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have advanced English proficiency.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a SaaS-based product development environment or FDA-regulated medical device environment is required.
Experience with AWS is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is necessary.
Familiarity with frameworks and tools like Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka is expected.
Experience in Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is desirable.
Candidates should have experience working on an agile team in a remote environment and using release management and ALM tools like Jira and Git/Gitlab.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Comfort with formal documentation development and working in a regulated environment is required.
Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment is a plus.
Experience in biomedical, healthcare, blood, or regulated environments is also a plus.
