• Main responsibilities include supporting solution discussions, removing impediments, coaching the development team in agile principles, collaborating with clients, developing and monitoring DevOps transformation roadmaps, producing high-quality requirements, managing backlogs, analyzing metrics, refining agile methodologies, ensuring consistency across the project lifecycle, and identifying business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (C1 or higher) are required.
• Previous experience working as a Squad Leader for a DevOps Team or another Tech Team is necessary.
• Experience in setting up and evolving multi-functional development teams is essential.
• Candidates must have experience working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment with multiple parallel teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP is required.
• Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello is necessary.
• Effective collaboration with DevOps from a technical perspective is required.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, practices, and technologies such as Python, Groove, CI/CD, automation, orchestration, Git Flow, and Trunk Based is essential.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) and DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker) are a plus.
