CI&T is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Architect in Colombia to join their team.
The company specializes in tech transformation, combining Artificial Intelligence with human expertise to assist large companies in navigating technological and business changes.
Responsibilities include providing technical support to the team, collaborating with other team leaders on technical development, participating in the delivery and defense of technical solutions, and supporting the monitoring of technical and business metrics and indicators.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in Software Architecture.
A background in Java using Spring Framework and CDI is required.
Knowledge in Angular and TypeScript is necessary.
Candidates should participate in business refinements, providing insights on the complexity of demands and seeking to simplify requests according to added value.
Conducting technical refinements is expected.
Experience with cloud applications (preferably GCP, but knowledge of others is acceptable) and DevOps is required.
Candidates should have experience with Microservices, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and test automation.
Basic knowledge of Docker and OpenShift is necessary.
Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving and improving workflows are essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team are required.
Candidates should have the ability to empower and mentor team developers.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and activity management tools is necessary.
Knowledge in Generative AI is a nice-to-have experience.
