CI&T is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support an international client.
The role involves implementing processes and tools related to SRE practices.
Responsibilities include creating solutions that ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and resilience of web platforms.
The candidate will work on processing and analyzing logs and metrics to develop preventive and standardized monitoring solutions.
The position also requires sharing knowledge and assisting in the development of team members in the SRE domain.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience in software development.
The ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Experience in a mature DevOps environment with continuous integration and delivery is required.
Solid experience in Cloud Computing, preferably Azure, is necessary.
Candidates should have the ability to lead incident response situations.
Designing SRE solutions and communicating with client team members to align technical solutions is required.
Defining and measuring goals such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets is expected.
A focus on software engineering for availability and implementing observability in applications is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in capacity planning and modifying or adapting CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of chaos engineering is also required.
