• CI&T is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Magento Developer to join their e-commerce development team in São Paulo, Brazil.
• The role involves building and maintaining robust, scalable Magento-based e-commerce solutions.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, developing and customizing Magento websites, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and optimizing website performance.
• The developer will implement and manage third-party integrations, stay informed about Magento updates, and document technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required for this position.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Magento development technologies, including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential.
• Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Engineer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both front-end and back-end capabilities is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions that address business needs are important.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are mandatory.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies is required.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business contexts and understand the implications of technical solutions on users and operations is necessary.
• Knowledge of marketplace e-commerce is a plus.
