Description:

Lead the design and implementation of modern web applications with a strong focus on user-facing behaviors.
Analyze code and application execution for optimization and performance tuning to ensure high-quality software products.
Be relentless in the pursuit of continuous improvement within the development team.
Help promote a culture of quality and excellence in software development practices.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the team stays aligned with project goals and objectives.

Strong programming skills in TypeScript and JavaScript.
A minimum of 6 years of work experience as a software engineer, with at least 4+ years in a commercial cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
Extensive and demonstrable experience with modern web development technologies, including React and TypeScript (ideally with experience across the full stack).
Proven experience leading software design sessions and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team to propose best-in-class designs for software requirements.
Experience working with User Experience Designers to translate UI mockups into functional software, actively involving all stakeholders in the review process.
A natural attention to detail and a drive to create the best possible experience for software users.
Knowledge across the entire development lifecycle, from partnership with UX design to development, unit testing, automated functional testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Demonstrated experience working with Scrum practices.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
