The company is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their team.
The role involves designing and implementing solutions across the marketing technology stack.
Responsibilities include driving technical design and implementation strategies, leading integration projects, designing data models using DBT, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring high code quality, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in marketing technology.
Proven leadership in complex technical initiatives is required.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts are necessary.
Strong project management and organizational abilities are essential.
Advanced SQL for data analysis and expertise in DBT and data modeling are required.
Experience with Segment (CDP) and Braze (customer engagement) is necessary.
Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts is required.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Census and proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Tableau, Looker) are needed.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and experience with CI/CD practices and agile methodologies.
