The role is for a Senior/Master Full Stack Developer based in Bogotá, Colombia, with options for home office or remote work.
The successful candidate will design and implement solutions across the marketing technology stack, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Key responsibilities include driving technical design and implementation strategies, leading integration projects, designing data models using DBT, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring high code quality, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in marketing technology.
Proven leadership in complex technical initiatives is required.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts are essential.
Strong project management and organizational abilities are necessary.
Required technical skills include advanced SQL for data analysis, expertise in DBT and data modeling, experience with Segment (CDP) and Braze (customer engagement), strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts, familiarity with data orchestration tools like Census, and proficiency in analytics platforms such as GA4, Tableau, and Looker.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and experience with CI/CD practices and agile methodologies.
