Description:

• CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Cloud Engineer (GCP/Terraform) to join their team in Colombia.
• The position involves contributing to an innovative US-based project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform.
• The role focuses on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, ensuring automation and seamless CI/CD integration.
• The engineer will contribute to the scalability, security, and efficiency of cloud environments.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive infrastructure excellence.
• Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining IaC using Terraform, designing and implementing scalable cloud architecture on GCP, automating cloud infrastructure deployments, ensuring security and compliance, collaborating with teams to enhance cloud efficiency, monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, and staying updated with the latest cloud technologies.

Requirements:

• Must have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation is required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go is necessary.
• A solid understanding of Kubernetes (GKE) for container orchestration is essential.
• Advanced English language skills are required.
• Nice-to-have qualifications include any GCP Certification, Terraform Certification, and security certifications.
