• CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Backend Developer to join their team in Colombia.
• The role involves leading the design and development of scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and various messaging technologies.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.
• Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying software applications, maintaining application performance, designing RESTful APIs, writing unit tests, mentoring junior developers, and staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java 17 or higher is required.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks is necessary.
• A B2 level of English is required.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and familiarity with Camunda for workflow automation are considered nice-to-have skills.
