• We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst with a background in Fullstack Development, specifically in Node.js and React.
• In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our web applications while ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Key responsibilities include providing Level 3 support for web applications built with React and Node.js, addressing complex technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
• You will collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and functionality, facilitating effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• You will identify and analyze technical challenges reported by users and stakeholders, implementing effective solutions.
• You will collaborate with the QAs to ensure issues are documented and tracked, and participate in root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and support best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our support capabilities and technology stack.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, with expertise in React, Node.js, and Typescript.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
