The position is for a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React, based in Colombia, with options for home office or remote work.
The role involves leveraging technical expertise to help a digital product grow in LATAM.
Candidates will work in a multicultural environment with colleagues from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, the United States, and other countries.
The focus is on outcomes rather than outputs, with continuously evolving engineering practices.
Responsibilities include writing high-quality, maintainable code, conducting thorough code reviews, developing and executing automated tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, proposing scalable solutions, and staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in React and web development technologies, including React, NextJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Advanced communication skills in English; Spanish is a nice to have.
A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
It would be great if candidates also have proven experience in optimizing the performance of web applications, experience with micro-front-end architectures, and a background in developing digital products in collaborative settings involving multiple teams.
