Description:

• CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python and React) to join their team in Brazil.
• The role involves contributing to an innovative international project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
• Responsibilities include designing and developing full-stack applications using React for the frontend and Python (Fast API) for the backend.
• The engineer will develop and maintain highly responsive and user-friendly React frontend components.
• They will build and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Python backend services and APIs.
• The position requires implementing integrations between frontend and backend services to ensure smooth data flow.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is necessary.
• Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as Redux and Flux is required.
• Familiarity with database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB is expected.
• The candidate should have strong experience using Azure Cloud Services, including Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure Storage.
• Experience with building pipelines using GitHub Actions is also necessary.
• The engineer will drive best practices in coding, design, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Conducting code reviews to improve code quality and mentoring junior team members is part of the role.
• The engineer will create reusable components that enhance the Kraft Heinz-wide “code library”.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their potential adoption is essential.
• The role involves collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Identifying opportunities to automate or improve existing processes is expected.
• Participation in special projects and performing other duties as assigned is part of the job.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have solid experience working on software development with expertise in React, Python, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, CI/CD, highly scalable applications, and application security is required.
• A strong understanding of cloud architecture, particularly Azure, including hands-on experience with services like Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools is necessary.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools is essential.
• Extensive experience with frontend frameworks (React, Redux, Hooks) and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is required.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is expected.
• Experience in developing scalable, resilient, and secure serverless applications is necessary.
• The candidate should have experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and integrating cloud-based data storage solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code are required.
• A passion for development and a demonstrated appetite for continual learning, typically manifesting in community contributions (e.g., open-source work, publishing/speaking on technical ideas) is expected.
• Advanced English for conversation is required.
