We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications.
You will be a key player in our development team, responsible for contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Your expertise in technologies such as Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, combined with a deep understanding of automated testing and continuous integration practices, will be crucial in delivering solutions that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, releasing, and supporting regulated SaaS-based solutions.
You will innovate to meet customer needs by eliminating waste and creating measurable value.
You will champion automation and drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines.
You will develop and execute unit tests, leveraging automated testing tools.
Embracing change, fostering relentless improvement, and mentoring junior engineers will be part of your role.
You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with customer needs is essential.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based product development or regulated industries.
Expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and proficiency in tools/frameworks like Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and GitLab is required.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
You should have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
