Description:

  • The position is for a Senior Squad Leader in the DevOps Team based in Brazil, with options for home office or remote work.

  • The candidate will produce high-quality requirements and user stories, manage backlogs, and analyze metrics to assess project health.
  • The position requires refining agile methodologies based on results and client feedback and ensuring consistency across the project lifecycle.
  • The candidate will also identify business opportunities and develop a deep understanding of users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, at a C1 level or higher.
  • Previous experience as a Squad Leader for a DevOps Team or another Tech Team, such as SRE.
  • Experience in setting up and evolving multi-functional development teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Effective collaboration with DevOps from a technical perspective is required.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, practices, and technologies, including Python, CI/CD, automation, orchestration, and Git Flow.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) and DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker) are considered a plus.
