Description:
The position is for a Senior Squad Leader in the DevOps Team based in Brazil, with options for home office or remote work.

Responsibilities include supporting solution discussions, removing impediments impacting delivery, and coaching the development team in agile principles and Scrum practices.

The candidate will produce high-quality requirements and user stories, manage backlogs, and analyze metrics to assess project health.
The position requires refining agile methodologies based on results and client feedback and ensuring consistency across the project lifecycle.
The candidate will also identify business opportunities and develop a deep understanding of users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, at a C1 level or higher.
Previous experience as a Squad Leader for a DevOps Team or another Tech Team, such as SRE.
Experience in setting up and evolving multi-functional development teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
Effective collaboration with DevOps from a technical perspective is required.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, practices, and technologies, including Python, CI/CD, automation, orchestration, and Git Flow.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary.
Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) and DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker) are considered a plus.
