CI&T is seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join their team in Brazil, focusing on tech transformation.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions for global clients.
Responsibilities include creating scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and usability, integrating data quality into data pipelines, implementing dimensional data modeling, and working with client Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions.
The position also requires implementing and adhering to client Data Governance practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess advanced English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Experience working with international clients is essential.
Proficiency in coding with Python is required.
Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT is necessary.
A strong background in data engineering with modern data stacks is expected.
Experience in a cloud environment, specifically Azure, using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms) is required.
Candidates should have knowledge of Data Quality practices and CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.
Expertise in dimensional data modeling and experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations is necessary.
An understanding of Data Governance principles is also required.
