The primary focus of this role will be on the Frontline application, a complex and mission-critical system.
We are looking for proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive their tasks and adapt quickly to challenges.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise frontline applications using microservices and event-driven platforms.
The role involves integrating systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications.
Developers will engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs.
The position requires developing and deploying applications on the Azure Cloud.
Managing NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB and MongoDB is also part of the job.
Implementing CI/CD and DevOps automation practices while ensuring quality code focusing on scalability, security, and performance is essential.
Providing mentorship to team members and offering technical solutions for development and testing challenges is expected.
Collaboration within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) team environment, contributing as a lead developer, is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is required.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this position.
The ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and manage ambiguities is necessary.
A platform mindset in application development and a comprehensive understanding of business needs to help shape the IT roadmap is important.
