CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-stack Developer (Ruby on Rails/Angular) to join their team in Brazil.
The role involves leading the design and implementation of dynamic web applications utilizing Ruby on Rails and Angular.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations and enhance user experience.
The position requires developing, testing, and deploying software applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular.
You will implement best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
The role includes collaborating on client-side architecture and integration with the back-end.
You will develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data integration.
The position involves creating and managing AWS and Lambda Functions for cloud-based solutions.
You will mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and AWS is required.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is mandatory.
Experience with TypeScript for developing robust, scalable front-end applications is a nice-to-have skill.
Familiarity with Python and Go for potential integration tasks and microservices is also a nice-to-have skill.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
A problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation are important for this role.
