Description:

CI&T is seeking a Senior Cloud DevOps professional located in Brazil to join their global team.
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on Azure, with a focus on Kubernetes management and orchestration.
Responsibilities include overseeing and managing Kubernetes clusters, utilizing tools such as ArgoCD, Helm Charts, and ensuring efficient deployments.
The candidate will develop custom Kubernetes resources using Go and design CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
The position requires deploying and managing resources on Azure while ensuring security, performance, and cost efficiency.
The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive automation and streamline deployment processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Kubernetes clusters and related ecosystems, including Istio, ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.
Proficiency in Go programming, particularly for developing custom Kubernetes resources.
A solid understanding of network architecture and configurations in Azure is required.
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially with Azure DevOps and automation scripts is necessary.
Experience with credential management and access controls within Azure environments is essential.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
Nice to have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform for cloud resource provisioning, relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or Azure certifications, and hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools.
