Description:

• CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their team in Colombia.
• The role involves contributing to the development and optimization of innovative cloud-based solutions in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
• As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the development of scalable and high-performing applications using React JS and Node.js with TypeScript.
• You will build intuitive front-end interfaces and robust backend systems, focusing on data visualization and processing.
• The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, ensure production stability, and contribute to the entire development lifecycle.
• Key responsibilities include developing front-end applications, designing and maintaining REST APIs, gathering and analyzing requirements, writing clean and efficient code, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, participating in code reviews, and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Expertise in React JS, Node.js, and TypeScript for front-end and backend development is required.
• Experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs is essential.
• A proven ability to write clean and efficient code adhering to best practices is necessary.
• Knowledge of UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces is required.
• Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment processes is expected.
• Strong analytical skills for converting user requirements into functional code are needed.
• Familiarity with IoT systems, embedded systems, and Tableau is a nice-to-have.
• Experience or interest in AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai) is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Agile methodology and object-oriented programming is a plus.
• Advanced English skills for effective communication in a global environment are desirable.
