CI&T is seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join their team in Colombia, focusing on tech transformation and AI solutions.
The role involves designing and developing responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying web applications, maintaining effective API communication using GraphQL (Apollo), and implementing unit and integration testing with tools like Jest and Playwright.
The developer will ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for scalable solutions.
The position also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript is required.
Experience with GraphQL (Apollo) and API communication is essential.
Knowledge of unit and integration testing tools such as Jest and Playwright is necessary.
Familiarity with responsive web development using Tailwind CSS is expected.
Proficiency in Git for version control is mandatory.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with Next.js, familiarity with XState, knowledge of Micro Frontends architecture, understanding of Webpack, awareness of accessibility standards, and experience with GitHub pipelines for CI/CD workflows.
