CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join their team in Brazil.
The role involves contributing to an innovative project in a collaborative, multicultural environment focused on transformation and innovation.
As a Senior Java Developer, you will design and develop scalable cloud-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful software while ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining REST APIs and services, collaborating with front-end developers, writing clean and reliable code, participating in Agile ceremonies, developing CI/CD pipelines, maintaining application performance, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
A solid knowledge of REST APIs is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes is essential.
A strong understanding of container-based architecture is necessary.
Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms is a must.
Nice-to-have skills include some experience with React for front-end development, knowledge of MongoDB, and familiarity with Azure services like Azure DevOps, App Services, or AKS.
