CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level React Developer to join their team in Brazil.
The role involves contributing to an innovative project in a collaborative, multicultural environment focused on Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation.
As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will build and maintain high-quality web applications, primarily focusing on frontend development using React hooks and Next.js.
A fullstack mindset is valued as the role may require backend collaboration.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners (PO), to ensure clarity in requirements and deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities include developing user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with stakeholders, communicating with clients during agile ceremonies, addressing uncertainties, maintaining application performance, and contributing to backend tasks when needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in React hooks and Next.js is required.
A fullstack development mindset with a focus on frontend is essential.
Proactive communication skills in English, especially during client interactions and agile ceremonies, are necessary.
Familiarity with Go Lang and PostgreSQL is a nice-to-have, but experience with any SQL database is sufficient.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment is preferred.
