• CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level React Developer to join their team in Colombia.

• As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will build and maintain high-quality web applications, primarily focusing on frontend development using React hooks and Next.js.
• A fullstack mindset is valued as the role may require backend collaboration.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners (PO), to ensure clarity in requirements and deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs.
• Key responsibilities include developing user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with stakeholders, communicating proactively with clients during agile ceremonies, addressing uncertainties, maintaining application performance, and contributing to backend tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in React hooks and Next.js is required.
• A fullstack development mindset with a focus on frontend is essential.
• Proactive communication skills in English, especially during client interactions and agile ceremonies, are necessary.
• Familiarity with Go Lang and PostgreSQL is a nice-to-have, but experience with any SQL database is sufficient.
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment is preferred.
