Description:

The Software Architect will act as a technical reference, leading the customization and integration of existing functionalities to ensure high performance, scalability, and quality of the systems.
This role involves proposing improvements for automating the feature activation flow, promoting quick and quality deliveries.
The architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, development, QA, etc.) to understand business requirements and transform these challenges into effective technical solutions.
The position requires actively contributing to the development of solutions, refining architecture, prioritizing the reduction of technical debts, and ensuring the quality of deliveries.
The Software Architect will serve as a mentor, promoting knowledge exchange and fostering a culture of best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities include managing and aligning system architecture, integrating different modules, and ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and usability.
The architect will participate in the discovery, co-creation, and validation of new architectural solutions, directly addressing critical system issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience in development using Java, Kotlin, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, with a strong focus on building and maintaining microservices.
Previous experience as a technical leader or software architect in high-complexity projects, preferably in the financial sector, is required.
Familiarity with integrations, RESTful APIs, and event-driven development is essential.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar) and non-relational databases (such as MongoDB) is necessary.
Experience with event-driven architectures via messaging (RabbitMQ) is required.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control and continuous integration tools (such as Git and Azure DevOps) is important.
Candidates must have the ability to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technological solutions.
Strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams are essential.
