• We are looking for a Master Frontend Engineer/Architect with deep expertise in React to take a strategic role in shaping how modern frontend applications are built across our entire organization.
• This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside other senior engineers and architects to define scalable, reusable, and maintainable React patterns, libraries, and best practices from the ground up.
• You will play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our frontend ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between frontend, backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers, and broader architecture principles.
• Key responsibilities include leading the definition of React architecture patterns, component libraries, and development guidelines across multiple product teams, working closely with architects and senior developers to establish coding standards, performance benchmarks, and scalable solutions, and supporting the evaluation and selection of the BFF technology stack (Node.js or C#).
• You will serve as a mentor and technical reference for other engineers, driving best practices in React development, and collaborate with Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure consistency, performance, and accessibility in all UI implementations.
• Promoting a culture of clean code, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing is also part of your role.

Requirements:

• You must have strong experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong hands-on experience with React frameworks, tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query), and design systems is required.
• You should have a proven ability to define and scale frontend architecture in complex environments.
• Experience in BFF architecture and a willingness to work closely with Node.js or C# backend layers is necessary.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to influence technical decisions at a company-wide level.
• A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance optimization for frontend apps is required.
• Fluent English skills are mandatory.
