CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer (Node/React) to join their team in Colombia.
The role involves contributing to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
As a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer, you will design and develop web applications that enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency using Node.js and React.
Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying software applications, collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, maintaining application performance, mentoring junior developers, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in developing high-quality, scalable web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
The ability to work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights is essential.
Proven experience in identifying and addressing technical challenges, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, is required.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with GraphQL, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
