Remote Jr. DevOps & Software Architect - LATAM

Description:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure on Kubernetes.
• Architect and develop robust solutions integrating development and operations, automating and optimizing CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code in a robust language, focusing on infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Perform routine maintenance like security updates, system upgrades, and monitoring.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
• Utilize RabbitMQ for reliable communication between distributed systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Software Architect role with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Desired proficiency in Go, Python, or other robust programming languages.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Knowledge and experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokering systems.
• High empathy and ability to understand customer perspectives.
• Dynamic, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
