Remote Jr Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• As a Junior Full Stack Developer at Easy Dynamics, you will work with senior developers and other team members to deliver products that meet clients’ needs and drive progress.
• You will develop and troubleshoot back-end components for custom-built cloud-hosted applications.
• Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing front-end components and coordinating development activities with the Platform Team.
• You will assist with complex analysis of problems, review requirements, translate them into a technical design, and implement solutions.
• The role involves working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of complex and conflicting variables, both independently and in collaboration with other team members.
• You will exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for delivering results.
• The position requires working well under pressure to comply with project schedules and challenging client performance requirements.
• You will conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions when challenging project issues arise.
• Regular interaction with Senior Leaders/Management is expected, along with providing outstanding customer service to clients.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer is required.
• You must have experience with API development.
• Proficiency in modern web frameworks and libraries based in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript is necessary.
• Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies is required.
• You should be able to work in a team environment, report progress, and participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Skills in the full web development stack of related technologies, including the creation and use of REST APIs, are essential.
• A solid understanding of modern frameworks and user interface standards is required.
• You must be able to complete complex and difficult assignments and clearly articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
• US Citizenship is required for this position.
• An active U.S. Government Public Trust clearance is mandatory.
