Remote Jr. IT Sales Engineer

Description:

• The Jr. IT Sales Engineer position at 1Path involves working with vendors to scope hardware for clients and register deals to maximize margins.
• Responsibilities include quoting small projects by scoping labor and outlining project requirements, managing a queue of quoting and support tasks, and delivering hardware and software renewals to clients.
• The role also entails providing technical support to teammates, identifying areas for improvement within the Revenue organization, and working on special projects to increase team effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in end-user desktop support and infrastructure management, hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365, active directory administration, and mobile device configuration.
• Proficiency in Macs is a plus, and candidates with technology-related degrees or industry certifications such as A+ and Net+ are preferred.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience providing end-user desktop support and infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Microsoft 365
• Active directory administration
• Experience with mobile device installation and configuration on iOS and Android devices
• Proficiency in installing and supporting software including Office Suite and line of business applications
• Knowledge of hardware installation and support, network protocols, security software, backup systems, MFA/SSO/Web Security, and span filtering
• Familiarity with Macs is a plus
• Positive mentality and enthusiasm for helping non-technical end users
• Technology-related degree and/or industry certifications such as A+ and Net+ preferred
